The scope of responsibilities for this job include:

• You lead the preparation of annual ESG reports and responses to ESG information requests from external stakeholders and shareholders;
• You initiate ESG improvement activities and programs within the organization to align with sustainability goals;
• You oversee the ESG data collection process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and enhanced internal controls for reliable reporting;
• You identify, advise on, and implement emerging ESG reporting and disclosure practices, leveraging your understanding of regulatory, investor, and sustainability requirements;
• You secure and maintain GDPR compliance across various processes (HR, IT, Marketing, etc.), ensuring adherence to organizational standards;
• You lead the development, annual review, and optimization of company-wide policies.
