For a large logistics player in Antwerp, Robert Half is currently looking for a Functional Analyst.

As a Functional Analyst you will support the logistics operations by optimizing business processes and translating operational needs into functional IT solutions.

As the Functional Analyst:

• You analyze and document logistics processes, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment;
• You gather and translate business requirements into functional objectives for systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP;
• You collaborate with product owners, process developers, and IT teams to design and implement system enhancements and process optimization;
• You support configuration and testing phases for logistics software solutions;
• You facilitate workshops and training sessions to help end-users adopt tools effectively;
• You monitor system performance and provide first-line functional issue support;
• You maintain detailed documentation of requirements, workflows, and system configurations.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A Master's degree or equivalent relevant experience;
• At least two years of experience as a Functional Analyst, ideally in logistics or supply chain contexts;
• Knowledge of logistics tools and systems such as WMS, TMS, and ERP platforms;
• Proficiency in process modeling techniques like BPMN, UML, or similar frameworks;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams;
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies is considered a bonus.
