Robert Half is currently looking for a Receptionist (m/f/x).

The company is located in Brussels and this is a full-time position within a legal services environment.

The responsibilities of this position as Receptionist are:

• Welcoming clients, visitors and business partners in a professional and courteous manner;
• Managing incoming calls and ensuring enquiries are efficiently directed to the appropriate person;
• Preparing meeting rooms and contributing to a smooth, welcoming and professional client experience;
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and deliveries;
• Providing administrative support, including document handling, filing, archiving and printing;
• Monitoring office supplies and liaising with suppliers when necessary;
• Helping maintain an organised, professional and pleasant working environment;
• Providing practical support to colleagues and contributing to the efficient day-to-day running of the office;
• Working closely with the morning receptionist to ensure continuity throughout the day and foster good collaboration within the team.

The required qualifications for this position as Receptionist are:

• You have a very good command of Dutch, French and English;
• You have a good knowledge of Office 365;
• You are customer-oriented and enjoy interacting with different people;
• You take ownership and proactively look for solutions;
• You are organised and have a strong eye for detail;
• You remain calm and efficient when priorities change;
• You are reliable, discreet and professional;
• You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are a strong team player.
