Robert Half is currently looking for an Executive Assistant (m/f/x).

The company is located in Brussels and this is a full-time position within a legal services environment.

The responsibilities of this position as Executive Assistant are:

• Managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings;
• Proactively handling emails and correspondence;
• Organising meetings, conference calls and business travel;
• Preparing and following up on billing and time entries;
• Formatting legal documents and presentations using Word and PowerPoint;
• Managing signatures, legalisations and apostilles;
• Providing high-level administrative support within a dynamic and demanding professional environment;
• Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The required qualifications for this position as Executive Assistant are:

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Legal Assistant, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment;
• Excellent command of French or Dutch, very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of the other national language;
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently;
• A proactive, service-oriented and discreet approach;
• Good command of Microsoft Office, including Word and PowerPoint;
• A hands-on and flexible mindset, combined with a strong team spirit;
• Accuracy and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
