Recruitment Vetting Administrator

Location:  Glasgow, Scotland
Salary:  GBP9 - GBP10 per hour


 

CCA Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Recruitment Vetting Administrator to join us on a temporary basis (part-time or full-time) to support the onboarding of candidates into a number of key Contact Centre clients in Central Scotland.

 

With several large-scale, volume recruitment projects to be delivered in the coming months, this is a busy and exciting time in the growth of CCA. We are keen to speak with individuals with a Recruitment Administration background to take on a fast-paced, compliance driven role which will see them take ownership of all recruitment vetting activity, supporting both our clients and internal delivery teams in a number of critical recruitment campaigns.

 

The ideal candidate will be able to evidence a strong track record of achievement in a recruitment administration role, with knowledge/experience ideally encompassing:

 

  • Broad knowledge of pre-employment screening requirements/methods, including referencing and relevant documentation
  • Understanding of relevant third-party vetting checks e.g. Credit Referencing, CIFAS, Sanctions Checks  
  • Experience of recruitment in line with FCA Regulated standards (an advantage)
  • General understanding of the relevant regulatory landscape from a recruitment perspective e.g. GDRP, Equality Act
  • Modern recruitment ATS e.g. Bullhorn
  • Experience of fast-paced, volume recruitment
