We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a highly respected global medical devices team. In this role, you'll help support healthcare professionals and patients by ensuring critical medical products and services reach those who need them most. Every day, your work will make a real difference.

This position offers a varied mix of customer service, order management and administrative responsibilities. While you'll speak with customers regularly, this is not your typical high-volume call centre environment. The focus is on managing orders accurately, resolving queries, building relationships with healthcare professionals and coordinating with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

As the first point of contact for customer enquiries and medical device orders, you'll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience. You'll:

• Manage customer orders and bookings accurately and efficiently
• Support healthcare customers with queries and requests
• Resolve issues and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Deliver a high-quality service that exceeds customer expectations
• Contribute to team targets and service performance goals
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and colleagues
