Quest Search and Selection is working with a leading salon business in the Middle East, the position is a Hair Trainer, this will give you an exciting opportunity of working in the warmer climates of Abu Dhabi.  

Key Responsibilities as a Hair Trainer is to:

·        Perform regular in-salon training

·        Develop training plans and calendars

·        Ensure salon team develop necessary skills and product knowledge

·        Enable team to represent company in the best way

·        Provide consistent feedback and coaching

·        Manage and train salon trainers; generate monthly reports

·        Keep abreast with the latest industry & market trends

To be a successful Hair Trainer, you need to have:

·        NVQ/VRQ Level 3+ hairdressing or any other equivalent international certificate or diplomas

·        Strong market knowledge, preferably with international exposure

·        Experience as a hairdresser and a Hair Trainer

·        Excellent English verbal and written communication skills

·        Excellent customer service, presentation, and training skills
