What You’ll Do
As the In-house Employment Lawyer, you will:

  • Stay up to date with changes in employment law and communicate these effectively.
  • Manage a varied caseload, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Be immediately available
  • Have proven experience in employment law with a strong knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail while managing a varied caseload.
  • Be committed to staying updated with changes in employment law.
  • Have the ability to build strong, effective relationships with clients.
