Our client a leading UK retailer that sells tools, accessories, and building supplies to both professional tradespeople and DIY enthusiasts through a multi-channel approach, including over 550 stores and online services located in Redditch are recruiting for Warehouse operatives. 

Fixed night Shift:

• 22.00 – 06.00 Sunday to Thursday 

• £14.54 per hour for standard hours

• £21.81 per hour after 37.5 hours completed. 

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing of tools and accessories

• Use technology, such as scanners or headsets, to locate and retrieve specific products. 

• Pick the correct quantity and type of items, ensuring accuracy. 

• Stock replenishment of pick locations, either manually or using warehouse equipment. 

• Assist with stock counts and audits. 

• Monitor and report on stock levels to ensure adequate supply. 

Tools and Equipment:

• Technology: Handheld scanners, computer systems, or headsets for receiving pick instructions and tracking orders. 

• Equipment: Pallet trucks, forklifts (if trained), and stretch-wrapping machines.
