Warehouse Operative – Freezer Warehouse, Reading

Shift Patterns: Shifts can change on a weekly basis, these are as follows:

• Sunday to Thursday
• Tuesday to Saturday

Pay & time of shifts:

• AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 £14.89/hr
• Night Shift: 22:00 – 06:00 £17.61/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking stock accurately using LLOP systems.
• Maintaining a pick accuracy rate of 90–100%.
• Ensuring orders are prepared efficiently and to a high standard.
• Collaborating effectively with your team to meet daily targets.
• Performing general warehouse duties, including loading, unloading, and stock management.

Requirements:

• Experience using LLOP is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Physically capable of lifting (25kg), loading, and carrying items.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive attitude.
