About the Role
As a Repairs & Voids Surveyor, you will lead the surveying function for void properties and day-to-day responsive repairs. Your responsibilities will include accurate diagnosis, clear specifications, quality delivery, statutory compliance, and ensuring an excellent resident experience. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct surveys and inspections to assess property conditions.
- Manage repairs and void processes effectively, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to deliver high-quality work.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to repairs and voids.
- Support residents with queries and concerns, maintaining a customer-focused approach.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in property surveying or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, standards, and housing legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- A degree in Building Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline (professional qualifications such as RICS accreditation are desirable).
