FLOOR WALKER-WINDOWS 10 EXP-LVL 2

- Casual / Short time Contracts-7 AM TO 11 AM

We are looking for an Level 2 Floor Walker who is experienced with Windows 10 rollout willing to work on casual contracts in Melbourne CBD with the view to extend . We are looking for an Engineer who like to be challenged, are proactive and can follow instructions promptly.
Duties will include:
Will be required to troubleshoot user issues after over-the-air deployments have been conducted (via SCCM).
Will involve support on-the-fly of users including tier 1 and 2 desktop apps.
