My client seek Customer Solutions Associates to deal with inbound calls, speaking to customers to help find an individual solution for them by understanding their needs, whether that’s agreeing a repayment plan or directing them to free debt advice. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work to targets and KPI’s.

This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to use their existing customer service skills within a professional environment. Should you be able to demonstrate customer service experience and are a confident communicator this role could be for you.

To be considered for this role you will have worked in a customer service environment previously, either in a face to face or office based role.


• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum 18 months contact centre experience
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and targets and to work under pressure
• Good team player, but also ability to work on own initiative
