• Work with clients and the R&D team in the development of new products;

• Develop Packaging Concepts that fit the project’s brief in coordination with the finalized products or materials so that the product is compatible

• Work closely with the operations team during all developmental phases, making sure the packaging is as efficient and functional and fits the manufacturing process

• Conduct packaging research for new packaging solutions

• Conduct packaging studies concerning packaging sustainability and work on the company’s program for packaging sustainability

• Create and manage packaging specification and ensure are compliant with manufacturing requirements

• Interface with suppliers of packaging

• Propose new solutions to reduce cost of products

• Balance multiple project priorities, apply practicality, assure flexibility
