Role Overview:
As an Architectural Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering high-quality architectural services, overseeing project design and coordination from concept to completion. You’ll support project operations, manage internal teams, and liaise directly with clients across Ireland, the UK, Europe, and the US.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design and documentation for commercial and multi-disciplinary projects.
- Coordinate and deliver project milestones, ensuring high standards and on-time delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
- Engage in client meetings, design reviews, and technical coordination.
- Produce design documentation and models using Revit, CAD, and BIM platforms.
- Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and reporting.
- Maintain compliance with building standards, ISO 9001 & 19650, and regional regulations.
- Contribute to business development activities including client engagement and industry events.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 8+ years’ experience in architectural design, with 5+ years in a senior role.
- Proven experience in BIM project management and interdisciplinary coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Revit, CAD, BIM 360, BIM Colab, and other CDEs.
- Experience delivering UK, Irish, EU, or US-based projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and architectural standards (BS, IS, EN).
- Experience in mentoring and managing architectural teams.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and quality systems is an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent 3rd-level qualification.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Must be legally authorised to work in Ireland.
- Ability to commute or relocate to Dublin
