Intermediate Architectural Technologist

​Role Overview
​Gi Group are looking for a focused Intermediate Architectural Technologist with 3+ years of relevant experience to join a busy technical team. This is a hands on role for someone who is highly proficient in Revit and thrives in a collaborative, on-site office environment.

​Key Requirements

• ​Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in an Architectural Technologist role.
• ​Software: Expert Revit skills are essential. You must be capable of producing high-quality technical packages, 3D models, and construction drawings.
• ​Location: Must be able to work on-site in either Galway or Limerick.
• ​Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical detailing, building systems, and construction delivery.

​Responsibilities

• ​Prepare detailed construction and tender packages using Revit.
• ​Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy.
• ​Manage BIM workflows and ensure all project documentation is up to standard.
• ​Attend site meetings and resolve technical issues during the construction phase.
