Warehouse Operative / LLOP Picker - MARKET LEADING PAY RATES! Up to £19.51/hour for O/T paid after 37.5h

 If you’ve been unsuccessful at assessment for our warehouse operative role you will not be able to be assessed until a minimum of 6 months has passed

Full time positions with ongoing work and opportunities for perm contract - Limited spaces available 

• Basic Rate: £11.82 (day shift 6am -2pm) / £13.60 (afternoon shift 2pm -10pm) / £14.78 (night shift 10pm - 6am) per hour
• O/T Rate: up to £19.51 per hour (paid after 37.5h of work)

CHECK OUR CRITERIA:

• You must be over the age of 18
• You must be able to get to site (SG18 8YY) for the shift timings listed above
• You must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and count manually
• You must be able to lift weights up to 15kg
• You must be able to prove your eligibility to work (present original copies of your ID)
• You must be able to commit to Full Time work - any 5 out of 7

DAY TO DAY:

• You will be working in both departments, ambient & chilled
• Pick items using a voice activated pick system Operate LLOP (full training provided)
• Maintain and support wider team to ensure high standards of housekeeping and Health & Safety Achieve pick rate targets set for the team - 88%
• Contribute to performance and productivity targets set for staff
• Remain focused under pressure in a time-sensitive environment
