Our client, a well-established local warehouse and distribution business, is looking for a General Warehouse Worker to join their team. This role has an immediate start for the right candidate and is based in Buckfastleigh.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join a busy warehouse operation in the heart of Devon. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment, supporting the efficient handling, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries.
• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch.
• Accurately labelling and storing stock within the warehouse.
• Carrying out stock checks and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean, organised, and safe.
• Following all health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Working efficiently to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Completing relevant paperwork and documentation accurately.

Essential Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling duties.
• Driving licence beneficial due to the location and varying start times.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay Rate

• £12.71 per hour

Shift Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• Start times can vary between 06:00am and 14:00pm, depending on operational requirements.
