Rotating Shift Pattern

(Changes every 4 weeks)

• AM: 6:00am - 2:00pm
• PM: 2:00pm - 10:00pm
• Nights: 10:00pm - 6:00am

The Role

As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Your duties will include:

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Performing quality checks on finished products
• Completing basic production paperwork
• Reporting any issues to supervisors and team leaders
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the team to meet production targets

You'll ideally have:

• Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Reliability and punctuality
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts
