Production Operative – Lancaster

Full-time | Monday–Friday | Rotating Shifts | Ongoing Role

Shift Pattern (rotating every 4 weeks)

• AM: 6:00am – 2:00pm
• PM: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
• Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am

This role offers variety, routine, and the chance to grow your skills across different departments.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in the production process, including:

• Operating machinery safely and efficiently
• Checking products to make sure they meet quality standards
• Completing simple paperwork
• Reporting issues to Team Leaders
• Keeping your workspace clean and organised
• Following all Health & Safety procedures
• Supporting continuous improvement across the line

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need tons of experience—just the right attitude!

• Experience in production/manufacturing is great (but not essential)
• Able to work rotating shifts
• Good attention to detail
• Team player with good communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
