Warehouse Operative / Reach FLT Driver

Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00
Employment Type: Temp to Perm, Full-Time

About the Role

Best Connection are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Reach FLT Driver to join a busy and well-established operation.

This is a 60/40 warehouse-to-FLT role, so you will spend approximately 60% of your time carrying out general warehouse duties and 40% operating a Reach Forklift Truck.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a Reach FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading goods
• Moving and storing stock within the warehouse
• Picking and preparing orders
• General warehouse duties
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly and safely
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid Reach FLT licence
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of workplace health and safety
• Physically fit and comfortable with general warehouse duties
