Wij werken samen met een internationaal advocatenkantoor dat meerdere advocaten zoekt voor verschillenden functies binnen hun bedrijf, bij voorkeur voor Legal Counsel kandidaten met Life Science/ HealthCare/Biotech-achtergronden.
De Legal Counsel zal juridisch advies geven voor regelgevings- en compliance. Bovendien, moeten ze beide farmaceutische contracten opstellen en onderhandelen, bijvoorbeeld bij levering, productie, distributie, licenties, klinische proeven of andere commerciële overeenkomsten.
Ik wil graag met juridisch adviseurs spreken die vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreken en een commerciële achtergrond hebben, zowel ‘in-house’ als bij een advocatenkantoor.
We are working with an international law firm who are looking to recruit multiple roles suited to Legal Counsel with Life Science / HealthCare / Biotech backgrounds, based in Amsterdam.
The Legal Counsel will be providing legal advice for a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues. Furthermore, they must design and negotiate both pharmaceutical related commercial contracts, for instance in supply, manufacturing, distribution, licensing, clinical trials or other commercial agreements.
I am keen to speak with Legal Counsel who are fluent in Dutch and English who have a commercial background either in-house or with a law firm.
