We are working with an innovative legal platform who are looking to engage with lawyers of upwards 10 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance, FS Regulation or Fin-Tech matters within the Financial Services field, on a consultancy basis.
A client following is not required, but candidates should have a network within the FS market that they would be happy to reach out to. Ideal candidates should be able to commit to 5 days a week.
Candidates can expect:
- To provide legal advice to a broad array of clients
- To be provided with work to fit their capacity

- To work collaboratively with the wider platform in a fused Business Development/Marketing approach

In order to be considered, candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- Qualification as a Solicitor in England & Wales with a current Practising Certificate
- Upwards of 10 years’ PQE in Banking & Finance, FS Regulation or Fin-Tech matters within the FS field
- A solid background within Private Practice and/or In House
- A genuine interest in working closely with clients in providing legal advice
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to translate this in a clear, relatable fashion to clients
- Connections within the FS market (although a client following is not required)
- A willingness to work with the platform on joint business development and marketing to their network
- A genuine desire to be part of a flexible and innovative platform
