SUPPORT THE DEPUTY GROUP FINANCIAL CONTROLLER TO/
Deliver monthly accounting close and reporting across the IWG group of companies
Deliver all external reporting including Group Annual Report, Half Year report, Interim updates, statutory accounts filing, investor relations reports.
Develop the internal financial control environment
Manage the Group Audit driving efficiency and minimising fees
Manage the Accounting Policies and their implementation across the Group and the interpretation and implementation of new or amended standards.
Develop the accounting teams in the global shared service centre and in countries to deliver a world class control environment; an efficient record to report process; and timely, accurate, “no surprises” financial reporting.
Ensure appropriate accounting for acquisitions, divestments and other ad-hoc Group projects.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5-7 years in finance role, external audit, preferably “Big 4”
Experience of IFRS
