Accounting Process Improvements Specialist (JN -082020-331206) Prague, Czech Republic
- Being a key expert for all Process Improvement needs, training and support of department, users and documentation
- Establishing in depth understanding of the underlying process flows in order to find areas of improvement and to support on new projects, system changes and new integrations
- Standardizing and optimizing given flows, systems, reports, support the automation of the end-to-end activities in the R2R processes
- Providing analysis and supporting process deficiencies and areas of improvement needs
- Ensuring system and process driven accurate and timely month-end reporting
- Developing automated controls and supporting the process of establishing and implementing those
- Supporting internal and external Audits including SOX Testing and internal controls
- Ensuring documentations (Guidelines, Manuals) are complete and up-to-date
- Supporting group wide finance projects
