What will the role include at Robert Walters London?

• You will focus on candidate pipeline and delivery with the support of your wider team.
• You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities by speaking to candidates in the market.
• This is an opportunity to become a market expert in this space with clear progression opportunities into 360 billing opportunities.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates, negotiating contracts, and pitching tailored solutions will be a core part of your role.
• You’ll have the chance to work with exclusive, high-profile clients and engage with influential business leaders across various sectors.

What are we looking for at Robert Walters?

We’re looking for highly driven and results-oriented sales professionals who are eager to join a leading recruitment consultancy during an exciting period of growth.

• Previous experience in sales or business development is essential. Recruitment experience is a bonus but not a requirement.
• You should have a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in client-facing roles across any industry.
• You’re a natural relationship builder, with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
