If you have a minimum of 10+ years of project management experience within HV/MV electrical engineering, as well as Strong knowledge of IEC, IEEE, and national electrical regulations, I would like to hear from you. 

Previous experience in managing substation, transmission, and distribution projects and the use of proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of HV/MV electrical projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop and implement project strategies, schedules, and risk management plans.
• Manage project budgets, resources, and contractual obligations to ensure financial performance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving challenges efficiently.
• Report on project progress, KPIs, and deliverables to senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team.

Education:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field.
