About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Training Bookings & Customer Service Coordinator to join a well-established, global training and safety organisation based in York.

This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety and delivering a high standard of customer service in a professional environment.

Working closely with internal teams across multiple locations, you will play a key role in ensuring delegates and corporate clients receive a seamless and efficient booking experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound enquiries via phone and email

  • Processing course bookings and updating internal systems accurately

  • Providing professional and timely customer service to delegates and clients

  • Maintaining booking records, documentation and reporting

  • Preparing course materials, instructor packs and certificates

  • Supporting general office administration and operational requirements

  • Working independently while collaborating with wider remote teams

About You

  • Previous experience in customer service, administration, bookings or coordination

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional approach

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and confident learning new systems

  • Self-motivated, reliable and proactive
