Our client is looking for a Desktop Support /Level 2 Technical Support Analyst with experience in SCCM, application packaging, Microsoft 365, Windows technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 technical support which will require face to face support and some phone-based support.
- This will include tickets escalated from the first level support teams to resolve desktop related issues.
- Liaise and work collaboratively to address, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware / software issues as they arise.
- Liaise with external suppliers / vendors.
- The role sits within our End User Compute group in the EUC Support team.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in SCCM, application packaging and deployment.
- Experience in a similar Level 2 IT Support role with experience in in Windows technologies, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams.
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory and Intune.
- Experience in using Audio Visual equipment.
- A ‘can do’ attitude and demonstrated ability solving complex technical issues.
- Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate clearly with to a varied end user base.
- Good to have :PowerShell Scripting and knowledge of Linux and MacOS.
