We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Business Analyst with strong experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce.

You will have strong delivery ownership to support and enhance the B2B e‑commerce platforms. This role blends technical analysis, integrations, troubleshooting, and end‑to‑end delivery management across a distributed team. Ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems and driving work from idea → build → test → release.

This is not a purely a strategic or hands-off role. You will be in the detail; reading Jira tickets, reviewing developer estimates, running UAT, and writing requirements that are acted on within the same sprint.

About the Role

A hybrid Tech BA + Delivery Lead role where you’ll manage BAU issues, own the backlog, coordinate offshore development, and run releases end‑to‑end. You’ll work closely with the Ecommerce Manager while leading the day‑to‑day delivery workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage BAU tickets (accounts, content, payments, configuration)
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Prioritise daily issues and coordinate fixes with development/test teams
  • Gather requirements and maintain a clear, prioritised backlog
  • Scope, estimate, and assign work to offshore developers
  • Run sprints and manage delivery independently
  • Coordinate testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication
  • Lead weekly/fortnightly small releases, plus 4–5 major releases annually
  • Train/coach the staff on use of E- commerce system

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong B2B e‑commerce background
  • Experience with Magento / Adobe Commerce (admin, workflows, catalogue, integrations)
  • Understanding of payment gateways (e.g., Stripe) and reconciliation flows
  • Experience with Punchout and/or EDI
  • Solid grasp of APIs, integrations, and data flows
  • Ability to troubleshoot production issues across multiple systems
  • Experience running sprints and managing delivery end‑to‑end
  • ERP‑integrated e‑commerce experience
  • Exposure to offshore development teams
  • Ability to read payloads, test APIs, and validate data
