Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of HSE experience in industries like Telecom, Utilities, or Heavy Electrical.

  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and relevant federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Proven ability to lead safety initiatives and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred).

  • Must be adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of making decisions in dynamic environments.

Position Overview: We’re seeking a proactive HSE Specialist to support safety initiatives across our operational sites. In this role, you'll collaborate with site teams to maintain compliance, conduct inspections, and foster a safety-first culture. This position requires up to 70% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards.

  • Lead incident investigations and contribute to root cause analysis.

  • Enforce safety protocols, including stop-work authority when risks are identified.

  • Assist with the implementation and ongoing maintenance of HSE standards.

  • Provide coaching and support to field teams to promote safe work practices.

Travel Requirement: Up to 70% travel is required for site visits and inspections.
