Process Development Technologist
My client a successful and well respected food manufacturer are seeking a Process Development Technologist as part of continued growth and new business wins. You support the NPD and Commercial team supporting projects - concept to launch.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products – aligned with the business strategy and vison
- Lead development projects, on time in budget
- Manage key stakeholders and customers
- Ensure product launches are met
- Trend analysis, raw materials sourcing, packaging and factory trials, shelf life
Skills and experience;
- Understanding of HACCP, GMP and hygiene
- Basic understanding of Microbiology and Nutrition
- Strong communicator
- Experience working with customers (retailers)
