CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
A great opportunity to join our clients growing Customer Service team on a permanent full-time basis within their offices in Glasgow City Centre.
Contract: Permanent/Full-Time
Salary: £20,000 per annum
Hours:
- 40 hour working week (working 5 days a week)
- Rotational shift pattern (Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday’s)
Duties:
Customer Service, communicating with customers through email, inbound and outbound calls
- Answering customer enquiries
- Processing payments
- Data entry and maintenance (updating customer information)
- Process and respond to emails and incoming mail

Skills required:
- Customer service experience is essential
- Inbound/Outbound call handling not essential however preferred
