Salary: GBP25000 - GBP30000 per annum + + £40k (uncapped commission)

My client is a well-renowned brand, offering an array of unified communication services, to SME's businesses. They are looking for a Outbound Telesales Specialist, who is use to making high volume of calls, and booking at least 1 appointment a day for senior sales team to close. The role is based in West London. Great progression opportunities, and generous OTE of £40k+ (uncapped commission).

What does the role look like?
To prospect for new business from a mixture of self-generated outbound, inbound, CRM, or marketing passed leads. My client is looking for confident individuals who are already working within the Technology/Telecommunications industry, in a outbound contact centre environment. You should already be experienced in generating new business via a high volume of calls, leading to qualified appointments. Candidates who are hungry, driven, and naturally passionate about telecommunications will excel within this position.

You Will have…
• B2B outbound telesales experience
• Telecoms/Unified Communications experience (essential)
• Be driven, ambitious, hungry, and resilient.
• Working in a highly target driven/KPI environment
• Proven track record of setting a high volume of qualified appointments.
• Be able to work collaboratively within a team of mixed skill sets.


Key Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for making outbound calls to identify and qualify business opportunities, selling a full range of products and services including: Broadband, Mobiles and Cloud services, and telephony.
• You will identify and create opportunities/appointments for the senior business development managers, and field-based sales team to close
• Work towards monthly KPIS/targets
• While also contacting existing clients, a large proportion of the role will be working to build the base of new clients.
