Commercial Asset Manager (SSCAM01) North London, England
Salary: | GBP50000 - GBP60000 per annum |
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to oversee a £800m+ national commercial property portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage day-to-day operations while also driving strategic asset growth and identifying new acquisition opportunities.
The Role:
- Office based, located in North London
- Hours 9am-5.30pm
- Salary £50k-£60k
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leases, tenancy schedules, rent reviews, and lease renewals to maximise value
- Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and refurbishment projects
- Liaise with agents, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and brokers
- Support service charge budgets, financial reporting, and insurance portfolio management
- Contribute to strategic asset planning and acquisitions
About You:
- Experience in commercial property management or similar, with strong knowledge of lease events and rent reviews
- Understanding of Landlord & Tenant Act and property management accounting
- Proactive, organised, and confident working independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
- RICS qualified (Desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (Desirable)
