Internal Sales Executive - Investigatory Services
My client is a successful British Detective & Digital Forensics business, based in London. They are looking to expand their team with driven and diligent Internal Sales Executives. We are looking for experienced Sales Executives who thrive in a challenging environment, where each day is completely different.
My client are experts in helping B2C&B2B clients find solutions to their problems. With a strong reputation my client’s ability to repeatedly reach successful outcomes for clients, means the opportunity to earn an exceptional OTE is realistic. Basic Salary £30k + £80k OTE.
**This role is based in office full time 9am-6pm. Due to the nature of inquiries and clients, some out of hours work may be required.**
You Must Have:
• Previous Desk based sales experience B2B/B2C 2 years+
• Demonstrate a consultative sales approach
• Experience in performing the full sales process-through till close & managing accounts.
• Be driven, persistent and articulate
• Professional at all times as you are dealing with sensitive and confidential situations.
What does the role look like?
• You will spend the first 4-8 weeks in training and learning all services. Services covered are- investigations, digital forensics, and security.
• Managing new inbound enquiries and generating new business.
• Managing all accounts from instruction to the completion of each case.
• Managing various marketing platforms that produce new enquiries.
• You will make between 40-60 calls a day and have at least 20 inquires in the pipeline a day.
• Working alongside the Digital Forensics team to ensure the successful completion of cases, and providing regular updates to your accounts.
• Business Development to bring new accounts.
