My client is a renown travel business, who specialise in cycling holidays. You will be working for a leading cycling tour agency, who specialise in creating dream holiday/tour packages across many idyllic destinations, such as: Europe, Asia, New Zealand, Africa, and Middle east.
My client is looking for a sales specialist to join a growing team, based in London. The role is working 4 days in the offices, and 1-day WFH. This role is a B2C position, and you will be dealing with inbound leads/inquiries made via the website or through telephone. You must be driven, PASSIONATE about cycling, and enjoy working in a sales environment!
You must have:
• A passion/knowledge for cycling/Bikes.
• A team player with great communication skills and an outstanding telephone manner.
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
• Experience of achieving sales targets and KPI’s.
• Previous telesales experience (desirable).
Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with warm customer enquiries daily, making outbound calls and scheduling call backs on the CRM.
• Advise customers on the destinations, hotels, excursions, rides, bikes, flights, and ancillary travel arrangements amongst other things to build the perfect experience and close the sale.
• Liaising with venues, travel providers, bike suppliers and various other vendors/clients to book every aspect of customers experience.
• Consistently working to achieve individual and sales targets / KPI’s
• Building long standing relationships with customers and proactively engaging with them post-travel to help initiate repeat bookings.
