What You’ll Do:
• Lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service
• Support full store operations and ensure commercial targets are met
• Drive sales performance, KPIs, and customer conversion
• Deliver ongoing coaching so your team shine as true brand ambassadors
• Support promotional activity to boost engagement and footfall

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience as an Assistant Manager or Store Manager leading teams between 10-20+
• Strong track record in sales growth and team leadership
• A customer-first approach with a proactive, hands-on attitude
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
