Warehouse Operative

Rotating Shifts – £13.33 - £14.94 per hour

Job Description:

We are recruiting up to 5 Warehouse Operatives for ongoing work at Barton Business Park.

Monday to Friday, rotating weekly:

• 06:00 to 14:00
• 14:00 to 22:00

Duties

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading goods
• Stock replenishment
• Quality checking products
• Operating warehouse equipment where required
• Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Supporting with general warehouse duties

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience would be helpful but is not essential, as training will be provided.

Applicants must:

• Be reliable and punctual
• Work well as part of a team
• Have good attention to detail
• Be able to understand written and spoken English for instructions and health and safety
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Provide a full five-year employment history, with any gaps explained
• Complete a DBS check, with employment subject to a satisfactory result
