Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics and distribution operation based at Mercia Park, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

The role will primarily involve scanning goods and supporting warehouse operations to ensure stock is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Scanning goods using handheld scanning equipment.

• Accurately recording and processing stock movements.

• Checking goods and ensuring items are correctly identified.

• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations.

• Sorting and organising stock within the warehouse.

• Reporting discrepancies, damaged goods or scanning errors.

• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

• Assisting with additional warehouse duties when required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred.

• Experience using handheld scanners or warehouse management systems beneficial.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment.

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills.

• Reliable attendance and availability for late shifts.
