Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support operations at a busy, established logistics and distribution centre based at Mercia Park, near Ashby-de-la-Zouch.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional with strong leadership skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising day-to-day warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.

• Coordinating workloads and allocating tasks to warehouse operatives.

• Monitoring productivity, performance and operational targets.

• Ensuring goods are handled, stored and dispatched accurately.

• Supporting stock control and warehouse organisation.

• Maintaining high standards of health and safety.

• Identifying and resolving operational issues.

• Communicating effectively with warehouse management and team members.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader position.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Good understanding of warehouse and distribution operations.

• Knowledge of warehouse health and safety procedures.

• Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.

• Reliable, punctual and confident managing a team.
