Role Details:

• Reactive Repairs & Maintenance

• Covering Wolverhampton and Sandwell
• Permanent Position
• Immediate Start Available

Package:
• Salary: £32,000 per annum
• Company Van Provided
• Fuel Card Included

Requirements:
• Own tools required
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• DBS check required
• Proven experience carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied properties
• Experience working within social housing preferred
