UX Content Strategist

Job Description:

Role: UX Content Strategist

Location: Minneapolis , MN

Duration: 09 Months w/possibility of extension

 

Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary point of content for content marketing team, leading strategy
  • Provides clear content direction for copywriters as needed
  • Works with team members to bring the content vision to life
  • Develops scalable content approaches that can be leveraged across the bank as other teams look to develop similar strategies
  • Able to execute in a brand voice and tone

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis on English, Writing, Technical Writing, Journalism, Content Strategy, Communications or Library Science preferred, or equivalent experience
  • Good understanding of the principles of content strategy and digital best practices
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, and communication skills; self-starter
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven ability to thrive in a complex, fast-paced, and dynamic environment
  • Agility in thinking and delivery along with proven ability to take direction in support of company goals
  • Able to balance changing workloads and priorities
  • Comfortable working with new Gen AI platforms to facilitate content generation first drafts
  • Experience in a matrixed organization

 

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Three years of financial services experience in either banking, Fintech, or consumer lending desired
  • 6+ years of content strategy,
  • Experience with the Adobe suite of products
  • Experience working in agile methodology and/or within a journey team
