Key Skills/Experience
- 3 years+ experience of Growth and Retention Marketing ideally within a Start-up
- Knowledge and experience within Email Marketing, Content and Copy and CRO
- Good knowledge of Data Analysis and the benefits it can bring to a campaign
About the Role:

You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing their retention market plans, helping to increase renewal rates and improving customer engagement. Part of the role will also require data analysis to ensure all engagement targets are being achieved and retention rates are met.
