Cleaning Area Supervisor - South East

Location: South East Region

Salary: £15.50 per hour

Hours: 25 hours per week

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

HRGO Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Area Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations across the South East region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who can lead by example, maintain high cleaning standards, and support cleaning teams across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising and supporting cleaning staff across various locations within the South East.
• Conducting regular site visits, inspections, and quality audits.
• Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and health & safety compliance are maintained.
• Managing staffing levels, attendance, and holiday cover.
• Providing training, guidance, and performance support to cleaning operatives.
• Liaising with clients to ensure service expectations are met and exceeded.
• Responding promptly to operational issues and implementing solutions.

Requirements:

• Full, clean UK driving licence.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one, which can be arranged)
• Previous supervisory experience within the cleaning or facilities management sector.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites effectively.
