Production Lab Technician/Operator (Mixing and Blending)

An opportunity has arisen for a Production Lab Technician/Operator to join the team of an engineering company specializing in high-tech materials and coatings technologies
The primary purpose of the role will be to undertake all general manufacturing tasks related to the mixing, testing and packing of the high-tech coatings.
Responsibilities
- Work with documentation (production paperwork, work instructions, quality standards, work standards, Health & Safety assessments, etc.), keeping records of work carried out and observing Health and Safety requirements.
- Carry out Quality Control test on the materials as instructed following detailed instruction.
- Carry out all necessary operations to label and pack the coatings ready for shipment
- Training others as required
- Ensure timely manufacture of products to meet customer and internal requirements
- Work within all areas of production activity as and when required
