Trainee Fabricator and labourers – Sandy

I recruiting on behalf of our client in Sandy for a Trainee Fabricator and a Labourer to join their growing team. This is a long-term temporary position with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

No previous fabrication experience is required – full training will be provided. If you're practical, enjoy hands-on work, and are eager to learn, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll be doing:

• Learning all aspects of manufacturing windows and doors
• Using a variety of hand tools and equipment
• Working as part of a busy production team
• Following quality and safety procedures

What we're looking for:

• Confidence using hand tools or a willingness to learn
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including some lifting
• Reliability and flexibility to work overtime when required

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Weekend work available during busy periods
• Overtime opportunities available

Pay:

• £12.71 per hour

Location:

Due to the location of the role, having your own transport would be advantageous.
