About the Role

As a Sales Engineer, you’ll play a key role in bridging technical expertise and commercial success. You'll translate customer needs into smart process solutions and support the sales team by designing installations, performing technical analyses, and delivering customized proposals.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design process flow diagrams (PFDs) and piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)

• Perform technical calculations (e.g., pressure drop, heat/mass balances)

• Conduct feasibility studies and assess manufacturability

• Support pilot tests and offer technical expertise both on-site and remotely

• Collaborate closely with sales to respond to technical inquiries and create quotes

• Participate in customer meetings and support technical presentations

• Contribute to product innovation and stay up to date on process technologies

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Bio Engineering, Mechanical, Process or Chemical Engineering (or a related field)

• At least 3 years of experience in a Sales, Process, or Application Engineering role

• Strong understanding of sales processes, instrumentation, and control systems

• Background in chemistry, food tech, or environmental tech is a plus

• A problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a hands-on mindset
