Looking for a role with no weekend working!
Our client, a fully integrated beef supplier is looking for a fully trained Butcher to join their team on a permanent basis at their site based Broxburn, EH52 5NN.
Working hours of a Butcher are Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:20
As a Butcher you will work on a production line, trimming and deboning primals of beef, work on a vertical carni liberator system, deboning beef quarters at a line pace.
Skills required as a Butcher:
- Minimum of 6 months butchery experience
- Experience of de-boning/trimming on a pace line
- Experience of carni liberator (desirable)
- The ability to respond positively to change and work well under pressure
