SEND Lecturer – Willesden, North West London







Morgan Hunt is recruiting a SEND Lecturer to join a Further Education college in Willesden.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with SEND, helping them build confidence, develop independence and work towards their next steps.




Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to individual learning needs
  
• Developing learners’ communication, independence and employability skills
  
• Monitoring progress and adapting lessons to support achievement
  
• Working closely with learning support staff and the wider SEND team
  
• Creating a safe, inclusive and encouraging learning environment
  
  
  
  
  We’re looking for:
  
• A recognised teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training
  
• Experience teaching learners with SEND
  
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
  
• A patient, flexible and learner-focused approach
  
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
